Option A. Pay for a mistake made. Option B. Pay to attend a course to learn and live on a better future. Everyone attended school because the government make it compulsory by law. After school, the government still make it compulsory to learn at corporate level through HRDC for work purpose but many are lacking in term of taking own initiative to learn outside of work yet reality is cruel.
