Housing Property 2024 and 2025

First half of 2024 seeing overall increased in property prices, second half of 2024 is slower and eased mainly due to budget announcing incentive for property buyer effective January 2025. With that in line, most property buyer choose to defer buying a property until January 2025. Those deferred buying property in 2024 will rush to buy property in January 2025, it tend to push property prices in 2025 much higher than 2024.
